Notes for Presenters
Every accepted submission must be covered by a Regular registration. The presenting author of each accepted abstract is required to complete a Regular registration and present the work at the workshop. Please note that the Student rate applies to non-presenting participants only. Student authors who will present must register at the Regular rate. Submissions without a corresponding Regular registration by October 16, 2026 will be withdrawn from the program.

Closing Ceremony
The Closing Ceremony will be held from 18:00 on October 24, 2026 at the RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka, a short walk from the workshop venue. Food and drinks will be served, and attendance is free of charge for all registered participants.

発表者の皆様へ
採択されたすべての発表について、Regular registration（一般参加登録）が必要です。採択されたアブストラクトについて、発表を行う方ご本人に Regular registration を完了いただき、ワークショップにて発表していただく必要があります。Student rate（学生料金）は発表を行わない参加者のみが対象となりますのでご注意ください。学生の方でも、発表を担当される場合は Regular rate での登録をお願いいたします。2026年10月16日（金）までに対応する Regular registration が確認できない発表は、プログラムから取り下げさせていただきます。

クロージングセレモニー
2026年10月24日（土）18時より、リーガロイヤルホテル大阪（会場から徒歩圏内）にてクロージングセレモニーを開催いたします。お食事とお飲み物をご用意しております。参加登録をされた方は無料でご参加いただけます。
