Registration: Presenters must register at the Regular rate. The Student rate applies to non-presenting participants only. See the Registration page for details.
Submission Format: Submissions must consist of a Title and an Abstract (maximum of 300 words).
Review Process: No formal peer review will be conducted. This workshop is intended as a collaborative venue to share recent findings, work-in-progress, and emerging concepts.
Proceedings: There will be no published formal proceedings.
Presentation Language: Authors are asked to indicate their preferred presentation language, English or Japanese, on the submission page. Presentations in Japanese will in principle be scheduled as poster presentations.
Presentation Format: Accepted submissions will be scheduled for Oral or Poster presentations based on the topic and program availability.

参加登録： 発表者は Regular rate（一般料金）での参加登録が必要です。Student rate（学生料金）は発表を行わない参加者のみが対象となります。詳細は Registration ページをご覧ください。
投稿形式： 発表題目（英語）およびアブストラクト（英語，300語以内）をご提出ください。なお、アブストラクトは発表言語にかかわらず英語でご記入ください。

発表言語： 投稿ページにて、発表に使用する言語（英語または日本語）をお選びください。日本語を選択された場合は、原則としてポスター発表に割り当てられます。
発表形式： 採択された発表は、内容およびプログラムの都合に応じて、口頭発表またはポスター発表に割り当てられます。
